The Canadian men's national team will be hoping to pull off an upset and win their first title in 23 years in the CONCACAF Nations League final against southern neighbors the USA.

It's been a long time since the Canadian men won a title (2000 Gold Cup), but they took the lead in the most recent World Cup regional qualifiers to qualify for Qatar 2022.
Canada, knocked out of Panama in the semi-finals, would love nothing more than to hoist their longtime servant Atyppa Hutchinson (103 caps) with a trophy hoist while he plays his last competitive match for his country.

With the CONCACAF Nations League third-place match kicking off at 6pm EST (3pm PT), the final between the US and Canada takes place three hours later. 9:06 p.m. ET (6:06 p.m. Pacific).

The weather will have no effect on procedures with the match being played indoors. Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas has a roof, but it still has a natural grass surface that is moved in and out as needed.
According to the Official Competition Rules (page 22) a CONCACAF Nations League final will go to extra time first, then penalties if the stalemate continues after 120 minutes of play.
