 The Democratic Republic of the Congo national team enters tonight’s match, which will be held at the Laurent Boko Stadium, armed with the ground and the audience, as it seeks to achieve victory at the expense of Zambia.

 It is expected to be full of fun and excitement, as both teams have a history in the African Nations Cup, as Zambia won the title in 2012, while Congo won it twice in its history. The “Cheetahs” team participated 19 times in the African Nations Championships, and made its first appearance in 1965 and topped the podium.  It was crowned twice, in 1968 under the name of Congo-Kinshasa and in 1974 under the name of Zaire.
